1 Week Liquid Diet Meal Plan

Liquid Diet Meal Plan Day 1


Going on a liquid diet is easy! It only takes a great juicer and a ton of wonderful fresh vegetables and fruits. The only time you are allowed to eat anything is at dinner. The serving size for dinner should be ¼ the normal size you'd eat because of the before dinner juice you'd drink. Keep things simple and you will be perfectly fine!

Here is your diet plan for the day:

Breakfast:
Apple-Papaya
1 red apple cored
1 small papaya seeds included
1 medium orange peeled

Lunch:
Tropical Veggie
1 cucumber peeled
I cup pineapple peeled

Dinner :

Roasted chicken with Stemmed vegetables and whole grain rice


Liquid Diet Meal Plan Day 2


How was day one? Do you find yourself more energized than every before? You are going to notice that as the next few day go by that your skin will brighten and your level of energy will increase after every juice.  Keep active while on this liquid diet. Instead of taking the elevator try taking the stairs. This will help you burn that extra energy faster than ever before!

Here is your diet plan for the day:

Breakfast:
Pine -Berries
4 ripe strawberries
1 cup pineapple peals.

Lunch:
Just Veggies
2 beet greens
4 broccoli spears
1 cup cauliflower
1 Handful fresh greens
1 piece of ginger

Dinner :
Whole grain pasta with basil and tomatoes

Liquid Diet Meal Plan Day 3


How are you doing so far? I hope you remembered that along with eating healthy you need to take the time to exercise often. This means more than just the normal; taking the stairs and not to elevator.

Try doing a form of cardio each night. This can be taking a speed walk every night after work around the neighborhood. You can do some active fitness work like ab and butt exercise. There are tons of video games that you can play to be active as well. Just get out there and move move move!
Here is your diet plan for the day:

Breakfast:
Sweet Greens
2 yellow apples cored
1 stalk of celery
1 handful parsley
2 handfuls of spinach
5 leaves of iceberg lettuce

Lunch:
Vitamin Orange
4 oranges peeled
2 cups of pineapple peeled
1 small sweet potato

Dinner :
Fish Tacos or Chicken Tacos

Liquid Diet Meal Plan Day 4


Today will be your juice only day. It's always a good idea to take a day off from eating food to keep your body healthy. Because you've been drinking juices for the last few days, you body will be use to them and most likely won't even notice that you aren't eating any food for dinner. Plus the dinner juice is very filling because of all the ingredients is has.

If for some reason, you feel that you have to eat, try for something whole grain and very light. Don't eat a steak or something heavy, instead stick with a light salad or some bread with cream cheese. These things won't ruin your diet but will fill your up.

Here is your diet plan for the day:

Breakfast:
Quick Tropical
2 apples cored
3 kiwis not peeled
4 ripe pears cored

Lunch:
Green Country
5 roman tomatoes
handful of spinach

Dinner :
Long and Tasty
1 kiwi
1 mango pitted and skin removed
1 radish
1 pear
1 radish
1 handful of greens
1 handful of spinach
1 bell pepper
1 lemon peeled
1 green apple

Liquid Diet Meal Plan Day 5 


How was your juice only day? Did you find it easier than you might have first though? It's really nice to have juice only days try to do that kind of diet every week. This is the perfect way to detox your body and give you a completely free start.

Today, however we go back to eating but it's not something heavy and there are no meats in this meal plan. The best part is that you get to enjoy food in every meal. Remember to keep your potion size very very small. This is a diet after all!

Here is your diet plan for the day:

Breakfast:
Pouched egg with any juice

Lunch:
Asian Pleasure
2 Asian pears
1 handful of parsley
1 lemon peeled
¼ cup wheat grass

Dinner :
Rice and Black beans



Liquid Diet Meal Plan Day 6


You've been doing so well! Keep up the amazing work. It's time to get serious again and stick with your exercise plan and your juicing plan.

Today it's time to pick your favorite juices from the day before and decide what you want to drink. Keep your juice simple and easy to make or experiment like crazy and combine any of the weeks recipes into a mega juice. Be sure to write down your creation as well, you don't want to forget!

One other thing to try is to add a snack to your diet today. Make sure your snack is diet friendly and low is salt and sugar. Don't go crazy with your snack, instead keep it simple. The best type of snacks would be  nuts, grains and cereals.

Here is your diet plan for the day:

Breakfast:
Kickin' Sweetness
1 container of blackberries
1 lemon peeled
1 container of raspberries
2 pieces of ginger
1 teaspoon of hot sauce

Lunch:
Summer Yummy
2 peaches with seeds removed
1 nectarine pitted
1 lemon peeled

Dinner :
Meat Loaf



Liquid Diet Meal Plan Day 7 


Congrats this is the last day of your diet! How do you feel? Do you feel fresh and healthy? You should and you should also be very proud of yourself! You detoxed your body, lived a juice lifestyle and keep the calories you ate very minimal. That is so awesome!

Now you only have to have juice twice today and then you can have an amazing dinner to end your diet with a large amount of protein.

Breakfast:
Sweeter Yams
1 small peeled yam
2 green apples
5 baby carrots

Lunch:
Long and Tasty
1 kiwi
1 mango pitted and skin removed
1 radish
1 pear
1 radish
1 handful of greens
1 handful of spinach
1 bell pepper
1 lemon peeled
1 green apple

Dinner :
Steak and Vegetables with Mashed potatoes
